For virtual sessions, a unique session link is sent via email 24 hours before each scheduled appointment and will take you to a HIPAA-compliant virtual room.

RATES
Rates are determined between you and your clinician before the first session. You can find more information regarding the fees for specific clinicians on their individual page under "Rates."
The first session fee is charged via quickbill before meeting with your clinician. Future sessions will be charged 24-48 hours after each session. We use a HIPAA-compliant program called Affinipay to make payments as hassle-free for clients as possible.
In order to make therapy more accessible to folks, our practice is committed to offering reduced fee spots to a minimum of 35% of clients. Reduced fee spots start at $90 for a 55-minute session. If they have availability that suits your needs and schedule, you'll schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. During the conversation, you two will discuss your goals and determine if it's a good fit. If everyone decides to proceed, you'll schedule an initial session and determine an ongoing meeting time.

We are not currently paneled with any insurance companies, however we are able to provide you with an invoice (superbill) to send to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. We suggest that you call your insurance carrier to verify out-of-network coverage.

The length of our time working together depends on many factors: Your goals for treatment, other factors in your life that may impact therapy, possible new areas for growth that you may discover in your work together, etc. Some clients continue for a few months, and some as long as several years. You will check in with your clinician periodically to assess progress made and discuss when ending therapy is beneficial to you.
